Refund and Exchange Policy

After the product has been received by us, CWT will accept returns and exchange if it is ascertained that the products incur damage during transit or manifest evident of quality discrepancies. It’s important that customer reach CWT with 30 days of receipt of goods. Thereafter, we will facilitate returns or exchanges according to the peculiar scenario.

If the reason for the return is based on the product being damaged, defective, or incorrect, Chatswood Traders will cover the cover the cost of return.
However, if it’s because you changed your mind or you regret making the purchase, the customer must pay for the return cost.
Owing to the prolonged nature of sea freight, the return process might also be delayed and that will impact returns accordingly. We recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team for any concerns by email: tellus@CWT.com

Cancellation of Order

We accept order cancellation before the product shipped. Customers will get a full refund when your order is canceled at this time. However, we cannot cancel an order once the product (s) have already been shipped. The due process of returns must then be followed products have already been shipped.

Please Note:

All returned products must be unwashed in their original condition with item tags attached.
Once we receive the products, our customer service team will contact you by email. Once a refund is determined, your credit card will be credited automatically with your full payment as the case maybe withing 5 days.

For late or delayed PayPal Refunds, kindly contact your PayPal support team or Bank as they often take additional times to process refunds.
