Our shipping methods are ground and air freight with USA and Canada. This approach ensures speed and cost efficiency for our clients. But, for bulk orders, we utilize sea shipment.

Shipping Cost

It is the responsibility of our customers to bear the expenses for shipping from the port of origin to the destination including insurance, duties, taxes, and freight. Smaller orders and products shipping cost are determined by our website software. While bulk orders and products are priced based on FOB (Free on Board).

Delivery Time

Considering our dependency on a third party for ground, air and sea freight, shipping durations naturally vary. On average, Shipping within Canada and USA takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
Times for shipping to other countries fluctuates between 5-8 weeks depending on the specific country. Customers can track their orders with the accompanying shipment tracking numbers.
